Spenco Arch Cushions are for consumers with general arch pain that are seeking softer, lightweight arch support for the treatment of general foot issues such as tired arches. Combines the cushioning of Spenco RX Comfort Insole with a soft arch “cookie” that contours with each step to provide support for tired arches.
3/4 length provides additional toe room in tighter fitting shoes. Can be used in dress, casual and athletic shoes.

These cushions are amazing! My mom has been having trouble with her feet and our family doctor recommended these inserts. I also bought a pair for myself and I am amazed at how comfortable they are. We were so happy to find them online at well.ca because we could not find them anywhere We even passed on this site to our doctor because he is also looking to purchase a pair.

I have had problems resulting from flat feet for years: knee, hip and foot pain. The cushioning, support and stability of this product seem to de just what my feet needed. I very happy with my purchase. I use the full length for my runners and the 3/4 length for my shoes and boots.
