This product does nothing. Actually no, I am wrong it does do something, it gives me wicked headaches. I've decided to stop using it because I couldn't function. I highly do not reccomend this product AT ALL! Save your money, save your head.

Not impressed with this product. No change in my energy and it has been a month, but worse, it has given me raging headaches - the worst of my life!!!

They are very good and my energy has gone up but the tablets are big and not coated making them hard to swallow.

Reasonable price. Did not see a difference in my energy level after using this item. It may be the perfect food but try swallowing it first! Who was the genius who designed the tablet into a lozenge size tablet instead of a capsules shape and forgot to apply an enteric (slippery) coating on it? I have no problem with taking pills or capsules but this is insane. It is like trying to swallow chalk. Come on Swiss, doesn't anybody at your company try these products before you send them to market. Charge the extra money and make your product palatable.

Its very good for Tennis elbow, I have been using it for 20 years and it works well.
