Good product, one of the only products for bloating that I have tried that has actually worked because it prevents gas instead of dealing with gas after it has formed. Dosage depends on how much food you eat. This product is more effective if taken right before eating a smaller meal- a meal that is actually a correct serving size. Don't expect this product to help you if you over eat/ have huge servings. I wish the bottles where bigger, if you actually take the recommended dosage for 3 meals a day this bottle will only last about a week to 10 days. "Take 2 to 3 caplets immediately prior to eating up to a maximum of 9 caplets per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner." Still much cheaper than Beano which has fish gelatin and gluten in it, A 30 tablet bottle of Beano is around $11-$13 and asks for the same dosage- 1 tablet for every 1/2 cup serving and has the same amount of Alpha-Galactosidase in it (150GALIU per tablet).
