Swiss Natural Sources Standardized Grape Seed Extract Capsules

Swiss Herbal's Grapeseed is a complex of Grapeseed Standardized extract and phosphatidylcholine (LECI-PC) from Lucas Meyer™. Lecithin PC surrounds the Grapeseed extract's active ingredient, proanthocyanidin, in a 2:1 ratio resulting in a complex with enhanced bioavailability and faster absorption. Therapeutic Action - Grapeseed Extract is a bioflavonoid-rich extract used for fighting free radicals and maintaining capillary health. It is similar to pine bark extract, with a high content of proanthocyanidins (95%). Proanthocyanidins are found in many foods, but freezing, cooking and canning deactivate them.

Proanthocyanidins have been indicated for:

• Poor distribution of microcirculatory blood flow in the brain and heart
• Altered capillary fragility and permeability
• Chronic arterial/venous insufficiency in the extremities
• Breakdown in the elastic fibres of the capillaries (collagen and elastin)
