I was told as a teenager by my health teacher that only a fool would buy a vitamin that isn't time-release because you just end up peeing away most or all of the benefits of the vitamin before your body has a chance to absorb them.
There really is no other option than this vitamin and you will see as I did that after the first day of taking it you feel completely different.
