I'm sorry to say I didn't like this melatonin.
I needed to take not one but 2 of these pills (10mg!) just to be awaken at 3 am (happened all of the three times I took them)! Taste is ok, but takes forever to dissolve. I wanted to take something different from my usual Jamieson's melatonin strips ( I take melatonin twice a week), but I will stick to them : love the chocolate mint taste and in max. 35 minutes I'm on Morpheus arms.
