This hot chocolate is horrible. I phoned tassimo and they are sending me out coupons to reimburse me for the two boxes I purchased after receiving a tassimo maker for christmas. I was very disappointed. Weak tasting - less than half the liquid the package suggests as serving size and barely tastes of chocolate. Sadly, I am very unimpressed by this product and will not buy it again.

My problem with this product is the fact that it makes an extremely skimpy 4.5 oz cup of cocoa. You can increase the size of the yield, but only if you hit the 'add more' button on your machine, which only adds hot water, watering the drink down so it tastes horrible. Yes, the taste is okay when made without the extra water, but what an expensive cup of cocoa! Really, to get a decent cup, you need to repeat the brew process with a second set of discs. Not impressed.

It was way to watered down and makes way too little. I just received a tassimo for Christmas and this flavour was by far the worst :(

0/5 I purchased two Tassimo's, one for my daughter and one for my mother-in-law. We were so excited to try the Cadbury Hot Chocolate but ended up being so disappointed with the end result. Every attempt ended up the same, watery taste and the need to drain the chocolate t-disc again and again. If this result is truly reviewed by the maker of this product may I suggest a larger T-disc for the chocolate and a different milk product. Leaving the product in its current state will surely make your product dwindle in the marketplace. I am now in search for a better hot chocolate.

I was so excited to try the hot chocolate cause I just got the machine for Christmas. I was really disappointed I found it really watery even after you shake the T-disk plus for the money the portion was really small. I rather have it stronger that way you can always add water to make it to your desired taste. as for the tea it's way to strong could probably get 2 cup from one disk.

This is good hot chocolate. It is a two-disc drink, which means you have to brew a chocolate disc first and then brew a milk disc. It tastes good. Better than the Suchard, but be warned that it is not very sweet. You can add a little bit of sugar if you want it sweeter. In Canada, we seem to like our hot chocolate to taste like a melted candy bar so I'm surprised that Cadbury and Tassimo doesn't cater to that taste, but it's a nice creamy chocolate that you can add marshmallows or whipped cream or sugar to if you want to alter it. I would not say that it is worth the higher price compared to the Suchard discs though. It's double the price! Try the Suchard if cost is an issue for you.

I had tried the Suchard hot chocolate for my tassimo and I didn't like it. I decided to purchase the Cadbury hot chocolate and love it! I'm glad I found one I like!

You may think it tastes a little odd at the beginning but it just takes time to get used to it. I think it has a great taste and will definitely buy it again. I usually give it a little stir to mix the milk with the chocolate.

The best hot chocolate available for Tassimo systems. Still a bit watery, but the taste is good. A packet of powdered Carnation Rich & Creamy hot chocolate still has it beat hands down.
