I tried the Brazilian Nut Fiesta bars first. They were so delicious I had to branch out and try these! They are also very delicious and I alternate back & forth between the two. I like the crunch of the sesame seeds and the sweetness of the cranberries in this one.

These are NOT a "pinecones & twigs" bar! This is an amazingly sweet, super crunchy (but NOT hard!), delicious bar!! I was not really expecting anything really great, but SOOOO glad I tried it!! Got it as a free sample from Well.ca! Came back here for more! The sesame seeds kind of burst with crunch & flavor in your mouth! It's hard to describe how good these bars are! Just try them!!! My new fav! Can't believe the GI score of 16!! Perfect for those with milk allergies, too! :)
