Bought this product for my toddler's bed, since she's potty training. While it works well enough (we keep it under the sheet) to keep the mattress relatively dry, it's smallish, so I'd recommend it more for someone who remains pretty much in the same position/place all night; toddlers tend to travel around the bed while they sleep.
In addition, be careful with the product; I discovered one cannot "shake" the pad open as it explodes and sends sticky absorbent cottony material all over the room. You'd do well to be very gentle when taking the pad out of the container and unfolding it.
