Soap Works tea tree oil comes from a farmers co-op in Australia. It is strong stuff. They add as much as the soap bar can hold before becoming too soft to hold its shape. You can tell there is a lot of tea tree oil in our bar by just smelling it.

I had bad acne in my early twenties and as soon as I treated my skin as "sensitive" and not "acne-prone" it cleared up! This soap is fantastic, it's gentle on skin issue (acne and eczema) but also effective. There's no way you can beat that price! I love it. I only wish I had known about it sooner.

Forget buying Irish Spring or Zest... this is the best, freshest smelling soap with the additional anti-bacterial and anti-fungal qualities of tea tree oil that money can buy! I used on on my face and body. On my face I only had to wash it once to get it clean (normally twice with other soaps). I also used it on a patch on my scalp where it has been itchy lately... Works great! Get it!

I just recently bought this soap because I have heard good things about tea tree oil for acne. I am not yet certain if it is working, but i will definitely continue to use it. This soap feels really good on my sensitive skin and of course it is all natural, which is one of the best things about it! Also it is quite cheap for a natural soap. Overall I am impressed and I'm looking forward to trying out some of their other soaps.

Love Love Love this product! Great for my hair, the tea tree has stimulated hair growth and I am not losing as much hair as I use to lose from drugstore bought shampoo filled with horrible ingredients. This is the best stuff. I have been using for 6 months and wow! I was going a little bit balding in some spots, due to massive hair loss from regular shampoo. I even got hair extensions because of how thin my hair was before. I recently got my hair extensions removed and wow! I didn't know I had so much hair and now I don't think I'll need hair extensions anymore. My hair is definitely stronger, thicker, and it feels amazing. You'll need 2 weeks for your scalp and for yourself to adjust and get use to this bar. It's not like shampoo, it's a million times better. Trust me, if you have thin hair and are losing hair this works wonders. I got my mom who has the same problem to try and she's having the same results.

Very, very impressed with how well this soap works! After having used it for only two weeks, my skin is already clearer. I can attest to its anti-fungal properties, as well. Nice, mild fresh scent. However, if used on face (oily or combination skin), you may find it drying. Be sure to use moisturizer afterwards.

Works fine, but I was dissapointed. I have used other tea tree soaps that have been much more fragrant. I didn't find it smelled much like tea tree even though the description says they put as much in as it can hold without going soft.

Works really well and leaves you squeaky clean. May dry the skin a bit, so use moisturizer after the shower. I recommend Weleda Aloe body lotion.

The Soap Works Tea Tree Oil Soap is amazing. After I had my second child, my hormones have been kind of crazy. I've had acne on my forehead for a few months now, i figured it would go away, but it hasn't... So I started looking for treatments and I found out about Trader Joe's Tea Tree Oil Soap. They don't have an online store and I wasn't willing to buy off of Ebay from an unreliable source, so I bought from The Soap Works Tea Tree Oil Soap Well.ca.
I love this soap. Within a week I noticed that I had less acne on my forehead and the blemishes that were forming were much less evident--they didn't protrude as much. My skin has a nice and natural glow to it and I never have to use moisturizer anymore because of the natural oils that are in the soap. My face always feel refreshed and incredibly clean after washing.
I just love this soap, and I love the price too. I can't believe that such a healthy, natural and effective acne treatment is so inexpensive.

This soap is great. I will never use regular soap again. You can feel it tighten up your skin, and it makes your skin soft. I started using it to shave as well. I get a much closer shave now. Gets used up quickly. I love this soap, but I think I'm going to try the more expensive 5$ a bar tea tree oil soap. My bro said it lasts longer, and I don't mind paying for the effects of tea tree oil, the stuff is magical.

This soap lathers well, but I found it to be a little drying. Smells very slightly like tea tree oil which fades almost instantly. The lack of tea tree oil's fresh scent was a little disapointing.
I would purchase this soap again for use at the cottage or somewhere else I needed a solid bar, but will stick with my Dr. Bronner's liquid soap otherwise (which I highly recommend).

Don't be fooled by expensive acne cleansers/systems. They're just full of chemicals that do nothing but temporarily fix a problem only to have it come back full force. this soap is AMAZING for my adult onset acne i've struggled with all year. leaves my skin feeling amazing. cleans all my makeup and oils. i use a dab of it on any blemishes i get overnight and when i wake up they're dried out completely so you don't even have to buy spot treatments anymore! $2 and my acne problems, that i've spent HUNDREDS on is finally solved.

I do a lot of work on antique cars. Restoring them is an incredibly dirty job. Most soap will not remove the dirt very well. Hand cleaners for automotive shops arent extremely effective either, however this soap removes extreme dirt and grease and even some paint with ease. No harsh abrasives or scrubbing required.

Used this as a shampoo and I really like it. Doesn't make your heair of smell of Tea Tree - or anything. Quite nice for those that are sensitive to smells. This is a very nice soap! It is natural and for those who really know what natural is it makes a difference. I like it because the Tea Tree oil is an antiseptic which makes it a good choice to wash my hands with before I clean my daughters newly pieced ears.

I'm loving this. It lathers really well. There is no strong scent which is good beacuse I can't stand smells and have may "scent allergy" friends. It has yet to bother my sensitive skin. It leaves my skins soft, not dry and not greasy. An it lasts a long time. Untill this soap the only one I could use is Ivory - I'm never going back.

Face - Left it feeling dry, but soft. Probably would work very well on oily skin (I'm more in the middle).
Hair - I've used many different shampoo bars. Didn't leave any residues and left my hair feeling soft and clean.

This soap lathers well, and has a clean fragrance that fades quickly (for those of you who do not like the smell of tea tree oil, it virtually disapears). It does not seem to leave a soapy residue on the skin, but unlike some other reviewers, I found it dried out my skin. Even though the price is excellent, I returned happily to my much more expensive by fabulous old standby (Dr. Bronner's liquid peppermint soap).

I had a patch of psoriasis on my scalp and didn't want to use a coal tar shampoo so tried the tea tree soap. After just a few uses, it cleared up the patch and also left my hair squeeky clean. I bought this soap to use on my 15 month old daughter who is suffering from eczema. I had read that using an antiseptic occasionally to clean the skin could be helpful and from what I know, tea tree oil is very gentle. It formed great suds, was gentle on her skin, and I like the fact that it doesn't have a really strong smell.

This is a great product. While the soap can be a bit drying on more sensetive areas like the face, I find that it leaves my skin clean and fresh feeling and it stays that way without any residue left behind like many of the soaps I have tried in the past.
The smell is great without lingering after you rinse it leaving a faint 'soapy' scent only.
It lathers nicely and has a wonderful slick feeling when on the skin.
Also, if you keep the soap fairly dry, it will last a fair bit longer than most other soaps.
If you want a excellent soap that just happens to be natural with no unnecessary ingredients, give this a try as I doubt you will be dissapointed.

Bought this for my fiance, he loves it. He uses it as a shampoo as well (although he has really short hair). Out of curiosity, I used it as a shampoo one day (and I have long hair almost to my waist) and it actually worked - but I definitely needed conditioner after. We both love the smell of it too, but don't worry - it doesn't linger on you all day after washing with it (so you won't walk around smelling like tea tree oil). My fiance is really into his soaps/shampoos/colognes and this is his go-to for his soap/shampoo now. It also leaves you feeling really clean and fresh. Perfect!

This is my favorite everyday soap. I have many allergies and react to many body care products but this soap doesn't irritate my skin at all. In addition, it is mild enough to also use on my face (when I travel I only take this soap). I have not yet called the company to ask about exact ingredients... but have been using it for years and highly recommend it especially to those with sensitive skin.
