Great product for those of us who are post menopausal with hormonal problems causing uterine hyperplasia. You have to be patient to see results.

I use this product for PMS symptoms, mainly breast pain. It is amazing, it's the only one that works for me. I was lucky to find a doctor in Europe who suggested I try Vitex 1000mg, I wouldn't have known about it otherwise. You need to take it for at least 3 months to see a difference, but it is great, it has changed my life, the pain, the bloating, the moodiness are all gone!
