This product left behind a very overpowering smell, product did not do a good job in our front-loader machine. In fact the machine smelled worse after use. My husband had to take the machine apart and power wash all the hoses to get rid of the build-up and smell.

I didn't give this product a rating, as I have no idea if it works or not! I bought my first front loading washer a few months ago and I guess you're supposed to "clean" it with these types of products every month? So I do it...but no idea if it's doing it's job, I guess there are no funky smells coming out of the washer. So far so good.

Based on previous reviews I only used half the packet and still did a great job of cleaning the washer. No overpowering scent, no problem of lingering. I wil continue to use.

I would say that it does the job, & cleans the washer, but the scent is very strong.

This product was VERY overpowering...it did make the house smell nice but unfortunately it did not solve my stinky washing machine problem. Buying a new washing machine solved that problem! I still have some product left and I may use it again but I'd use it and leave the house for a couple of hours so that the intensity of the smell has time to evaporate a little.

I guess it did it's job to clean the washer, but the smell was very overpowering and it lingered for about 6 more washes.
