I've just started a gluten-free diet, and this pasta is great! So glad to find it...

This is the first time that I have eaten gluten-free pasta. I loved the texture and the taste. This product is far superior to any regular white pasta on the market. I tried all the Tinkyada rice pastas, and they are all excellent. This is the only pasta that I will be using from now on.
