So glad I bought this toothpaste instead of enduring conventional brands. The overpowering mint flavours would always irritate my gums but the subtle mint in this toothpaste doesn't hurt at all. It's also not as gritty as name brands but I still get my teeth just as clean. Definitely worth the higher price tag, and would recommend for anyone.

Over-priced and burns my mouth severely. I use "Tom's" Fennel Fluoride-Free Toothpaste though (- I Only buy when on-sale tho) and it doesn't burn at all and it rinses away easily (foams way more tho & doesn't taste as good as this one does -- but this Spearmint just burns my mouth far too badly).

This is the first natural toothpaste I've tried that doesn't give that "pasty-sticky" feel. Been wanting to switch to natural paste for a while and this is the one making me do the switch. Love it!
(it does contain sodium lauryl sulfate but as the 3rd to last ingredient. I'll still take it as a replacement to popular brand toothpastes).

After using this for one year I have no cavities for the first time in a long time and I love brushing again. I hated mainstream brands burning mint and overwhelming chemical tastes. I refuse to add any avoidable fluoride to my system now that I've done the research on its effects. I happen to love spearmint, but this is only one reason I love this paste. It works! I used to get it at Shoppers but now they only have the spearmint WITH fluoride version. Very sneaky. I'll be ordering it by multiples from well.ca from now on. Tom's is also an excellent company ethically, and I recommend this product to everyone.

I am so used to natural toothpastes tasting terrible that this one was a shocking surprise! It's deliciously minty! I definitely recommend it.
