Great Product. I'm a big fan of the traditional medicinals brand of teas. This teas does seem to have a calming effect.

Over the years I have tried many products that would help me to feel drowsy and assist me to get to sleep. This is the real deal! This great tasting tea helps me fall asleep in about a ½ hour and maintain a restful sleep without the groggy "hangover" feeling in the morning.

Tastes nice but didn't help my insomnia at all! My insomnia is anxiety-related and tends to last for weeks at a time...too intense I guess for this to be helpful.

It's a little odd that there's catnip in it, but it works really well. My daughter uses it, who can't use prescription sleep aids or melatonin because of a medical condition. She says it puts her right to sleep.

Great tasting stuff. I've had insomnia all of my life, since childhood. I've never met a herbal remedy that would knock me out. Until now. This stuff had me bagging zz-s very quickly. For me, that's utterly amazing. Great combination of herbs for relaxation. Will continue to buy it. And yes, as another person stated in their review, it tastes nice too. An extra added bonus.
