Dosage: Adults and Children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 4 – 6 hours. If pain does not respond to 1 tablet, take 2 tablets at next dose. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Avoid other caffeine containing products. Too much caffeine may cause rapid heart rate, nervousness or sleeplessness. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or overactive bladder syndrome. Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Use the smallest effective dose. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose. Overdose may result in severe or possibly fatal liver damage. Do not take if allergic to acetaminophen. Consult a doctor if: Your symptoms last for more than 5 days; You develop allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding; Have chronic alcoholism; Have a serious liver or kidney disease; Use any other medications including natural health products, prescription drugs, salicylates or other pain and fever relief medications. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any possible signs or symptoms such as increased sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Brilliant!

I was wrong, this product worked magic on my headache with just one pill instead of the 2 extra strength I usually have to take. My husband has really bad headaches and was surprised at how fast and long it worked for him. I highly recommend this product, in fact I already have been telling family and friends about it and how good it is! We are very impressed with it and will be buying it again. This is our new go to for headache relief!

Works great on tough headaches!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As someone who suffers from both headaches and migraines, I was thrilled to be chosen to test out this new Tylenol product! The pills themselves are very easy to swallow and I really like the unique coating on them. I like that these are extra strength and that I only need to take one, and I found these to be fast acting. The acetaminophen worked well at blocking pain and I found I started feeling relief a bit faster than my usual brand of pain relievers. With the severe amount of headaches I get on a regular basis, I need a product that works, and in my opinion this one does! I would definitely recommend it!

Works better and faster than regular Tylenol
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I didn't expect much after trying Tylenol Ultra Relief, I just thought it's the same pill in just a different packaging. But I was curious to try and the ingredients listed caffeine as a second ingredient. I have to say that that I was positively surprised, as this Tylenol Ultra Relief seemed to actually do work faster to relieve my headache. I tried it another time with pressure headache and this time it also helps faster with not feeling pain. I will definitely be purchasing this Tylenol product on regular basis now!

Fast Relief

I sometimes get really bad headaches to the point where I have to lay down until it passes, which sometimes can take up to an hour with some otc pain relievers. I have tried this product a few times since I received it from Samplesource to try, (otherwise would not have taken it as I usually take Ibprophen) and it worked every time really quick! I didnt even have to go lay down because it worked within minutes! This is a great product that I will continue to use and recommend to everyone!!

Tylenol® Ultra Relief is coated for easy swallowing which is great for me they are not large in size to make it even better for easy swallowing. I have been using them mostly at night for my headaches when laying down they take less then 10 minutes and it feels like its almost gone so I actually get sleep! And it has been awhile since I could get good sleep.
I plan to purchase more for sure to use on my bad nights

Tylenol ultra relief

I started a new medication which gives me headaches sometimes and I also suffer from back and joint pains. I've tried these easy to swallow Tylenol tablets twice and I can tell you I felt relief within less than 30min. In my opinion these pills are better then the regular Tylenol extra strength. I am not sure how the caffeine in it helps but I am satisfied with the pain relief in this pill and will definitely purchase it if on sale vs my store brand kind of acetaminophen.

Numbs the pain

As a benefit, the pills were easy to swallow as marketed. They also did numb my headache for several hours. My headache did not clear however and came back full force only a few hours later. I don't normally turn to Tylenol products, but I recommend Ultra Relief as an 'inbetween' dosages of other products rather than a replacement for what normally works for migraines. Fast headache relief

When I have a migraine or bad headache, the only thing that really helps me get back to normal is a few hours of sleep. Unfortunately, the pain is sometimes too intense or annoying for me to fall asleep. TYLENOL® Ultra Relief acted fast to reduce my pain and allow me to get a few hours of sleep. In about 20 minutes my pain was substantially reduced and I could get the rest I needed for a full recovery.

Fast acting relief
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have suffered from migrains for years and I would place Tylenol migraine among those products that have worked to alleviate them.
Within 15 minutes Tylenol migraine alleviated the headache that had been plaguing me for the last few hours.
As someone who has trouble taking medication, especially tablets, I found that the Tylenol tablets' flavored coating made it extremely easy for me to swallow.
Tylenol migraine is now a staple in my medicine cabinet and I reach for it as soon as I feel the migraine coming on.

Helped me a lot!

I have migraines for more than 10 years, and when I was offered a free sample of Tylenol Ultra, I knew I had to try it. My migraines range from medium (can't eat, need dark room to rest) to extra strong (leads to vomiting). Sometimes even a simple Tylenol or Aspirin can help, but most often they can't. So the last time a migraine came (in a medium range), I tried this new Tylenol, and it helped me better than regular one. The migraine itself went away much faster. I tried it only once, so can't say if it will always help, but so far seems like it's working!

Suffer from pressure/tension migraines
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product from sample source, and I will never buy anything else. Nothing has worked as fast as this one for my migraines. The only way to explain the pain when I get them is, it feels like my brain is swelling to large for my skull and the physical pain in whatever spot of my head can sonetimes be crippling for me. I must be in a dark quiet room. But this product works fast. A short nap is all I need and my 2 kids making a bit of noise doesn't effect me much while I try and recover from the pain.

Excellent headach relief

Although I would suffer from the occasion headadhe I recently had surgery and afterwards the smallest incident would cause me a headache. Although I was reluctant this would give me a guarantee of relief, I was pleasantly surprised. With one dosage my relief came within 15-20 minutes and no need to second guess. I now carry a small container of the Tylenol in my purse in case I am away from home and in need of some medication. Worked great for me.

EZ to Swallow, fast relief!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really liked to small coated EZ tab, no liquid needed to swallow the tablet. I don't get a lot of headaches, but when I do, they are very strong. I was apprehensive to try a new product at a time when you want quick relief and have a dependable product already. I was very impressed that the Tylenol Ultra started working very fast and provided complete relief within 2 hours. I did not have to take a repeat dose. Fast relief

One of those awful headaches that make you feel nauseous and pound behind your eye. First off I love Tylenol packaging, I can open it quickly and easily and my young kids cannot. Secondly I love love love the easy swallow tablets, I know in a pinch I can swallow them without water if needed but they go down so easily with a drink. Third, it works. Sometimes with the pounding headaches you only seem to get partial relief but this time I felt so much better, which was so great because I had to bundle the kids off to hockey practice! Quick and Effective Relief

Recently I received a sample of Tylenol Ultra Relief from Sample Source, I found this product to be both quick and effective at relieving my headache. In recent years I have always used Ibuprofen for headache relief but lately I have been making an effort to move away from products that contain ibuprofen so I was both surprised and happy to discover that Tylenol Ultra Relief not only worked but that it worked very quickly. Going forward this will be the product of choice for headache relief for me.

Amazingly Quick Relief!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As a person that suffers regularly from headaches and migraines, I was eager to try Tylenol Ultra Relief as an option for battling the pain.
The first time I tried Tylenol Ultra Relief, was for a splitting headache that woke me up in the middle of the night. The tablet was a manageable size and the coating made it easy to swallow. I like that I only had to take 1 tablet. It worked super fast and I was back to sleep and feeling much better in less than 10 minutes. I have subsequently used Tylenol Ultra Relief for 2 more headache episodes and had similar positive outcomes. I would highly recommend this product as it has definitely been a positive option for managing my headaches.

STOPS A HEADACHE

works everytime!

I'm someone who has headaches and migranines on a somewhat regular basis and I have tried quite a variety of different products that promised to help. I have noticed that with other well known brands that they have always left me with an upset stomach and I didn't experienced that with these pills at all. Not only did these work fantastically but they also seemed to work fairly quickly.
I also enjoy that these are ez tabs making them super easy to swallow. I Have since purchased more of these, replacing my regular brands and they are much cheaper than other brands I would use in the past. So overall I loved how well these worked and I will defiantly continue to use these in the future.

Fast relief

This product does contain caffeine for those who have a sensitivity. I do find that the tablets were easy to swallow and it did work on my headache pretty quickly thanks to the caffeine which is known to help with headaches. Each pill contains 500mg dose of Acetaminophen so I only needed one to dull the headache. Tylenol is a trusted brand in my family and the Ultra Relief formula does live up its name.

Headache and migraine relief!

Tylenol Ultra Relief have been my go-to for headache and migraine pain for many years. They contain caffeine so they work more quickly and effectively than regular extra strength tablets at relieving pain. They are coated and easy to swallow, and I generally feel better with just one of these tablets as opposed to two of another variety. 10/10 would recommend trying this product if you suffer from constant headaches like I do.
