roll the plug tightly and just gently hold in place for a few moments, they fit well, great nights sleep, no problems with sensitivity to the foam over several days.

a bit uncomfortable if you have smaller ear size like asian/ girl.

Maybe fine earplugs, but not good for small ear canals, especially if wearing for sleep. Mack's Dreamgirl fit much better in my small ears.

Sina: more than a year ago

Very good all around plugs for average sized ears. They don't block as much sound as the Foam Neon lite but only 2db less which is not a big deal for most people. If you are looking for ear plugs for the first time this should be on your short list.
