Ultraquin 4% Hydroquinone Gel USP

Ultraquin contains Hydroquinone and helps gradually lighten hyperpigmented skin, fade sin discolorations and lighten freckles and age spots.

Directions: Apply sparingly to affected areas 1-2 times daily or as directed by a physician.

Ingredients:

• Medicinal Ingredient (w/w): Hydroquinone USP 4.0%
• Non-medicinal Ingredients: Alcohol denat., C12-15 Alky Lactate, Propylene Glycol, Ethylhexyl Dimethyl PABA, Aqua, Benzophenone-3, PEG-15 Cocamine, Carbomer, BHA, Sodium Metabisulfite.
  

Cautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Test for sensitivity. Discontinue use and consult a physician in case of skin reactions or a blue-black darkening of the skin. Do not use this product if you are nursing, pregnant or if you intend to become pregnant within the next 3 months. Not for use on children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
