I love this tea, best substitute for Richter's tea from germany. Have helped maintain weight for a couple of weeks now. Will give you tummy pain the first morning and will lessen the next mornings before elimination. Will keep you normal or twice daily depending if you overeat. I normally drink an hour before bed.

delicious tea! it relieves constipation naturally, but can cause intestinal cramping. the cramping subsides with continued use, but i wouldn't suggest long term use: beware of dehydration and fecal incontinence. use in moderation
