I don't know yet about the cellulite, since I think you need a certain time to see the difference, but it helps with the circulation. After massaging with the mitt, I finish my shower with cold water (mostly on the legs), and after that I feel good!

Really works well in aiding circulation. Lymph massage is a very healthy way to help with breaking down fat deposits and this sponge is great for that purpose. I like to lather up with a regular sponge first then apply this sponge.

I'm not sure if the product is effective in reducing cellulite, but it works fabulously to remove dead, itchy skin and for that reason I'd give it four stars.

Very good massage tool. I tried to use it in the shower but, when it gets soapy, it slips off my hand all the time. I now use it exclusively for dry-massage, and for massaging in body creams/lotions of all kinds. The mitt is very easy to keep clean, and portable enough to take on the road when you travel. I agree with Suzie - the mitt is sturdy and, I believe, it will outlast many wooden or plastic massage tools. Very well priced, too.

This mitt gives a great massage. I use the nubby side in the shower with shower gel and the brush side for lightly dry brushing my skin. I like that it dries quickly and stays fresh.

Love it! Easy to use as you get a good grip as you are scrubbing/massaging. Effective, as you really do feel stimulation on the part of your body you are massaging. Great for problem areas such as stomach, buttocks, thighs. Rinses easily to clean and hang it to dry. Portable so great for bringng it with you when you travel. Unbreakable like most cellulite tools made of plastic or wood.
