This is the best cream I have found yet (the 20) but going to try the 10. Only wish I have is that they would put it in a tub not a tube.

My mom used to use "urea 20% in dermabase", prescribed by her dermatologist for very dry skin on her feet (heels) and hands. That's exactly what Uremol 20 is. I use it now for the same purpose. Very effective. Especially in winter, when nothing else is!

I think that I need to find a stronger percentage of Urea as my problem is a heriditary skin rash on my hands. I know this doesn't cure it as there is none, but I was hoping that it would alleviate some of the annoyance. Unfortunately it only helped for about 30 minutes and I don't want to keep applying it. If this was a normal dry hands problem, the cream would be great.

The Uremol hand creams can't be beat in either the 10% or the 20 % solution. This is the absolute best product for dry skin I have ever used , ever. You need only a pea size amount in your hand to moisturise. This product unlike the most expensive brands out there will quickly dissolve and you have to reapply over and over again to get the same results. I will never use anything but this product ever again. It is a miracle moisturize.
