Application:

• Use Kajal Extreme along the top and bottom lash lines.  You can use the smudger to either define the line for a precise application or use it to smudge out the line for a softer look.  After 30 seconds the Kajal will set for a long-lasting finish.
  
• For a super sultry look, blend Kajal Extreme into the upper lash line with the built-in smudger and follow with a thin line of Cleopatra Black Liquid Liner.
  
• Keep pencil cap firmly closed to prevent drying or shrinkage.
