We use this and condoms. We were probably using this for about 8 months, putting on the condom half-way through intercourse, when one day it caused pretty painful burning for the hubs. Since then he's been putting the condom on at the beginning. Too bad, but I think if any of this gets in the urethra, that's how it causes burning. Otherwise, great product - gives peace of mind, and doubles as a lubricant.

What can I say? It's a contraceptive, I'm not pregnant. It's itchy though so don't use it right before bedtime or you'll be up all night scratching. It leaks out pretty quickly and thoroughly so you're not dripping all day.
