I really liked this product because it was easy to insert and not messy at all. My only worry is human error - making sure it's placed in the right spot.

My naturopath recommended using the foam or film rather than using birth control pills since nothing is absorbed into the blood stream. The major difference between the two is that the film needs a few moments to dissolve to be effective. It's also nice that they're individually sealed if you wanted to bring something discreet with you.
