Love the taste of these gummies, but I find the dosage not accurate for an adult, taking more C is ok but it's the rose hips dosage that we have to be careful with. So I take one of these and a regular vitamin C.

Bought these for my son who has fructose malabsorption. They were the only chewable form that I could find that did not have alternative sugars added. For a chewable version they have a decent amount of vitamin c (less then pill form) and he loves the taste of them.

They taste great, although they are slightly low dosage compared to the pill vitamins, they are well worth it. It's vitamin C so taking an extra one doesn't hurt anyway!
