I decided to try Estro-Logic for perimenopausal symptoms mainly involving mood swings. They were effective almost immediately and I now feel wonderfully calm. The capsules are easy to take and I have had no side effects of any kind, no digestive upsets. In fact, they are possibly aiding my digestion as I used to suffer from mild constipation which also seems to have improved.
