Great pill - no nausea, and easy to take (3 a day). I also use a weekly pill box to help me remember what I am taking :)

An easy to swallow gel capsule prenatal that isn't horse-pill sized and doesn't require a prescription! You just have to remember to take it with each main meal but I'm more than willing to make that trade-off for size and tolerance.

These are the best prenatal vitamins I have taken. Since you take 1 capsule 3 times a day, it's really gentle on your stomach and doesn't trigger nausea and constipation as other brands would. I highly recommend these. Tip: I use a vitamin box for all my daily vitamins, it helps me keep track of what I've taken etc.

This product is good because the vitamin A is from beta-carotene, it contains enough folic acid, and it is in vegetable caplet form so your body absorbs it better.

Before using this product I was using Source of Life Prenatal Tablets by Nature's Plus (which made me nauseous). First of all this product is a small capsule (yes I said capsule not tablet!) that doesn't leave a yucky aftertaste (sorry I know I sound like a 5 year old when I say that) but when you're pregnant it's tough swallowing anything that tastes bad, especially with morning sickness. So trust me when I say this, this product is great. I seriously recommend it. And the great part is you can even find this at your local grocery store like Zehrs (which is where I got mine, sorry Well.ca) for the same price of 19.99 CAD.
