I decided to try this product as I have difficulty swallowing pills and I was intrigued by the fact that the product claimed to not cause constipation. Although easy to take, I found the taste to be quite nasty and I also found that, despite the claim, t it did cause constipation. My osteoporosis specialist tells me that no calcium product should make such a claim as all custom supplements can cause constipation.

I was very pleased to find a healthy alternative to taking calcium "horse" pills.
It is so much easier to take the liquid form and definitely easier on my system.

Good flavour. Easy to take. I tried chewable Calcium and couldn't stand the consistency nor the flavour. I take a tablespoon twice a day, as a supplement to my calcium intake through food.

I have severe osteoporosis, and took the box with me on my last visit to the specialist for her opinion on it's value. She asked to keep the box to share with the rest of the doctors working on this disease or condition. the calcium is the 'right' form, and I now take a teaspoon 3 times a day. It sure beats drinking more than a liter of milk every day, plus it is easy to take. And much less fattening.
