I swear by this product. At the first sign of a cold I take two capsuls, followed by two more, twice a day. I feel so much better by the next day, that I decrease it to one capsule three times a day. By day 3 I'm feeling fine. I find that even if you don't catch it at the beginning, it helps you even when you're into the cold. It is a staple in my medicine cabinet. My husband and I both swear by it!
