Arnica Massage Oil soothing and warming skin care
Helps restore tired, aching muscles before and after physical activity. This preferred choice of massage therapists throughout the world is formulated with rejuvenating organic Arnica Extract and organic Birch Leaf Extract.
Directions for use: Use daily after a shower or bath. Apply a small amount of the WELEDA Body Oil onto moist skin and rub in a circular motion (always towards the heart) until it is absorbed. If necessary, rub vigorously. If varicose veins are present, allow the oils to penetrate without rubbing.

I have proclaimed this product to many, and usually order two at a time.
The product has gone to Florida to help someone with a partial leg amputation following a car accident, it has gone to someone who fell down into a basement without steps to ease a broken back, it has gone to Australia to ease the pain of elderly people's arthritis, it has gone to a guitar player who complained of sore aching fingers,it has gone to someone recently who had a mastectomy to ease phantom breast pain, and to a new great granddaughter who falls as she's learning to walk to help ease her bumps and bruises. The smell represents love and caring to me, as I hope it does to others.

I first used it following my mastectomy, when the required stretching exercises were so painful. Because many nerves were also involved when the lymph nodes were removed, I often experienced a "crawling" sensation, which was quickly relieved following a gentle massage with Arnica Oil.
