I love this tea! It is a perfect mint taste with the right amount of gentle senna....I have steeped it longer than the recommended 5 minutes at times and I had no issues with cramping, as I have with other senna teas that I have tried. This works wonderfully and makes me feel great. I highly recommend it - it has now become part of my bedtime routine!
