Free & Easy Returns
- We accept returns for most orders placed within the past 60 days. If you wish to return an order placed more than 60 days ago, please contact our customer care by calling our toll-free number 1 (866) 640-3800.
- Return shipping is free! For most Canadian customers, we provide a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label. For United States customers and Canadian customers in remote locations we are not able to accept returns, unless the product is defective or damaged. If this be the case please contact our Customer Care team directly for resolution.
- If you are returning part of the order, please make a note of this in the "Reason" section of the form below.

- Support & Braces
- Bedding Accessories
- Any items marked as non refundable
