Orders typically take one business day to be packaged and shipped from our distribution center. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Shipping to the US takes approximately 2-5 weeks with expedited shipping. XpressPost shipping takes 1-3 weeks. (May take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non-standard addresses).
Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-14 days in Canada. XpressPost shipping usually takes less than a week.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? Our goal here at Well.ca is to ensure
that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns
of unopened products up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a complaint with a product, try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for products which are returned more than 60 days after you purchase them. We also can not accept opened or used products.
We can not accept any returns from the following categories:

- Any items marked as non refundable
