They don’t cook as well as regular rice noodles. Texture is more sticky. Would maybe be ok for pasta but not great for pad Thai

Really good!
While these take wayyyyy longer to cook than the advertised "5 minutes", they're still really delicious and quality pad thai noodles. The noodles don't break down/crumble like other rice pasta does; sauces stick to it nicely; and it makes great leftovers (no weird textures or anything!).

The best rice noodles
These are the best rice noodles! Just stir a few times while cooking and make sure to rinse in cold water! The best in pad thai or singapore noodles.
