A huge percentage of the population can not stand the taste of apple cider vinegar. They decided to make a better tasting vinegar.

Honey vinegar is produced on a family farm in Ontario Canada. They use 100% raw unpasteurized Canadian honey. When creating the vinegar they use a constant process that gives us the same quality in every batch. The only variation is the floral source of the honey. The vinegar is produced in their food processing facility that is CFIA and HACCP certified. Here the vinegar is fermented, bottled, labeled and date coded.
