What is that smell???
Like many others this was my go-to makeup remover for many years. For the past 2 years I complain to my family Dr. that there I sense a bad smell coming out of my nose and around my face. I was so worried about it. Then I had the flu and could not smell anything and when I started to smell again the first thing I could smell was this product and I couldn't believe that this is what I've been smelling all this time! This was my favorite makeup remover and now I will not use it anymore until Neutrogena will explain what is going on.

It does the job...
This was a spoof kind of Xmas gift since i have always had issues getting all of my eye make up off (waterproof mascara). It does work after a few rubs/scrubs with a cotton pad or ball but I seem to has residue the next morning.
What's weird to me about this product is that there is no oil, but the fluids separate and acts (or looks like it acts) like an oil. No smell, no irritation, slightly oil-ish feeling after I use but quies quickly.
I would buy again since I have fallen in love Neutrogena's products.

Weird smell now
I have bought this make up remover for 10+ years. I've tried alot of different brand and always came back, but since they've changed the recipe, it has such a bad smell to it. At first I thought it was one bad batch, I bought it again, but it's the same. And it is now also irritating.

Amazing!
Removes my waterproof mascara like a dream (it literally just melts right off) and does not irritate my eyes at all (unlike makeup wipes!) I will never cheat on this product with any other eye makeup remover ever again. While I don’t want to use my positive review to dunk on another product, I have to so others reading learn from my mistake lol. Rimmel London Just Let It Go was the one I tried because it was “cheaper”, and it was TERRIBLE. Burned my eyes and just made my waterproof mascara flake off because it wouldn’t dissolve in their awful formula, and wouldn’t even fully remove it after all the burning and flaking (someone here mentioned waking up with raccoon eyes even after using an eye makeup remover—exactly that), even though it advertised that it could remove waterproof mascara.

No Complaints at All!
A quality product that delivers. I do not use too much of makeup on my face and eyes. However, these wipes do the job they are intended to do. Wipes are mild and almost odourless. Works for me.

Good, but one concern...
Product works great with minimal effort to remove eve makeup. The one concern I noticed was the lack of a seal on the product, or a 'break seal' cap. For other beauty products, it wouldn't be so much of an issue, but for a product meant for such a sensitive part of your face (ie- your eyes), I want to ensure that the product has not been tampered with, or germs and bacteria have not gotten into the cleanser. Please consider putting a seal on the bottle.

A great oil-free make-up remover
This is a great make-up remover. It gets rid of all that extra gunk a regular face wash often leaves behind. It even removes my waterproof mascara without having to pull and tug at my eyes (which I try to avoid as I hear it causes wrinkles.)
There isn't a strong smell, which I like, and it is oil-free, so I don't have to worry about breakouts or using something to remove it from my skin afterwards.

I would not buy this again
After using this product, it made my skin feel sticky. I felt like I needed to wash my face again. I prefer to buy the other neutrogena makeup remover wipes

Gentle
I got to try this for the first time in a gift bundle and loved it! I wear complicated, heavy makeup and with other products I've tried removing it would leave my eyes sore/ red . With this remover it is very gentle and removes the layers easily! So glad I had the opportunity to try it and I'm even going to continue using/ rebuying in the future :)

Best makeup remover
I am absolutly in love with this makeup remover. Being a girl who wears waterproof mascara everyday, i've never tried a makeup remover as gentle and easy as this one. It makes it so easy to remove makeup and a little goes a long way. I have never had irritations and i've ben using this product for years. i think i'm on my 3rd bottle now!

Removes Makeup Well
It removes eye makeup really well, and it doesn’t feel so dry but it does feel a bit greasy. It is gentle for skin and the smell isn’t bad. It lasts for a good time. Worth to buy. It once interacted with my eyes but it didn’t make them sensitive. I just washed with cold weather.

the most gentle make-up remover
I apply it to my skin and it doesn't makes me feel any tingling sensation, not a redish skin left after applying the solution. It just remove all make-up. It's not greasy or sticky. It's not expensive. I may say I finally found a fast good make up remover, thanks Neutrogena :)

Red, dry and puffy eyes
I bought this a month or two ago and I’ve developed an allergy to something in the formula which I find so weird cause I’d been using Neutrogena make up wipes for years. This eye make up remover solution has made my eyes really red, flaky, and very puffy. Really disappointed

I have tried many make up removers in the past and the only one that is guaranteed to work is this one. I love it although there are some more inexpensive ones for performance, this one is the best. I love neutrogena products, I buy them for my girls all the time.

This is by far my favourite makeup remover! It helps that it is readily found and reasonably priced! I came upon this product when I was searching for a remover specifically for removing waterproof mascara and since then it's my go to remover! Highly recommend!

I have used this product for years and I love it! I use it daily. However, lately I am getting dryness and redness on my eyelids. I am wondering If you made a small formula change? It seems I may be allergic to it now. :(

My Favouriter Make-Up Remover!
This is my favourite make-up remover because it removes waterproof make up quickly and with out having to tugging at your skin. It doesn't sting your eyes. Also it if you have oily skin like I do, it doesn't add any oil to your skin.

Great makeup remover
I just started using this and am really impressed. I was using makeup wipes before to remove my waterproof mascara and I had to rub my eyes a lot more which really irritated them. This product is gentle and doesn't irritate my eyes.

This is Fantastic!
I absolutely LOVE this product! It is non-oily and works well. It leaves my eye area soft and mosturized but non- greasy. It takes off the most stubborn of eye make-up, including waterproof liners and mascara too!

I very rarely use waterproof makeup, but when I do I use this product to remove it as it is easy to use and does not dry out my skin nor leave it oily. However for the price I only use it for my waterproof makeup.

WOW, so gentle to your skin but powerful enough to leave you skin clean of all dirt, make up, oil.
at same time doesn't dry out your skin but leaves it feeling soft and smooth and has a neutral scent!

My favorite no longer.
I've used this for years and can't get through the most recent bottle. The formulation has changed. The scent is so bad that I can't use it any longer. I noticed other reviewers made the same observation.

I've been using it to remove my mascara and other eye makeup, however, it leaves my eyes oil and blurry (which scared me at first), and I get a dry redness around my lids and outer corners after using.

This eye makeup remover is excellent at removing stubborn eye makeup, and doesn't irritate my eyes. it's gentle but powerful so there is not a lot of tugging at the delicate skin around the eyes.
