I wonâÂÂt lie, the texture was a wee-but weird on its own, and I was busted when I tried to serve this as pasta to my little (2.5yrs), but for me in my efforts to have my cake/pasta and eat it too, rhis more than worked!

I canâÂÂt get over how awesome this pasta is! I was anticipating a weird texture, but there isnâÂÂt. WeâÂÂve never loved spaghetti squash, but this did the trick as a healthy alternative.

I dropped a star because frankly it stinks before you drain and rinse it, but itâÂÂs surprisingly quite good after that! A little chewy but the taste is great!
