LOVE this as a plant sourced alternative to omegas. I've tried a few, and I have a hard time taking capsules so this is a great option for me. I find all of the flavours quite good, but I will admit the oil consistency does take some getting used to (I still don't love swallowing this stuff). It definitely does the trick, though, and I feel great when I'm taking this regularly! I love that a higher concentration is available too, as I'm working to combat some health issues that require a higher dosage of omegas for me. So far this is the best omega for me!

This is a great quality omega oil: color is clear, lemon taste is faint and not overpowering, very easy to swallow, oil is smooth. Plus no fish smell or after taste since the oil is derived from algae. I also prefer the ratio of EPA and DHA in this product compared to other brands: some other brands of algae have very little EPA and are mostly DHA.
