Dosage: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older take 1 teaspoon a day. Children 1–13 years take ½ teaspoon a day. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 100 days.

Impressive and tastes great!
It's not too often that I find the claims to be true on products, but this one is spot on. The bottle says that it's pleasant tasting with no fishy burp back, which is 100% my experience! Well designed product. Even the pour spout is leak-free and prevents oil from dripping down the side of the bottle. Best Omega-3 supplement I've ever tried, and I love that it's paired with Vitamin D.

I have used this fish oil before, for some reason, this time the fishy taste is pretty obvious, other than that, I believe this a good quality fish oil.
