Queen B Kitchen was dreamed up while working long shifts as a pastry chef in downtown Toronto. After years of producing somebody else's recipes, Kim longed to create her own. She began making small batches in her Kitchen Aid mixer, perfecting gluten-free versions of her favourite baked goods. Early the very next morning her husband would deliver these gluten-free treats to cafes and fine food shops.

That's how Queen B was born. Today their products are still made in small batches with the best ingredients they can find. Their baked goods are now certified Kosher and certified gluten-free.

Giving back is important to Queen B Kitchen. A portion of each sale supports ONEXONE First Nations School Breakfast Program, which provides breakfast for children each school day in remote First Nations communities across Canada.
