Samyoga founder and designer, Samantha Stephens, is a graduate of Ryerson University's fashion design program as well as a dedicated yoga teacher and student. Samantha herself is a modern day yogi and so she understands the need to make space and integrate self care and yoga practice amongst all the obligations of her busy day.
At Samyoga, they serve the yogi who cherishes self care and desires to seamlessly integrate their yoga practice into their life.
