On a frigid day in Alaska, stranded in a gold mining camp with a sprained ankle, Colonel Jacob Schick decided there must be a better way to shave. He began manufacturing blades that were sold in clips which could be easily loaded into a razor without touching the blade.

Today the Schick brand offers a full line of razors for both men and women, making shaving a little bit easier and a little less adventurous.
