ALOE-MAX contains aloe vera which is a source of antioxidants and Used in herbal medicine as an emollient to help relieve irritation/inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.
Recommended Dosage: The aloe juice being a food, there is no concern about the dosage. An average dose would be 30ml, 2 to 3 times a day in a glass of water. Health Canada recommends not to exceed 200ml/day.
