I am very DISAPPOINTED and UNHAPPY with THE SERVICE FROM WELL.ca and ANDALOU
I have used the Andalou naturals Age Defying Fruit Stem Cell Serum for a couple of years and love it. However recently I received 3 bottles that I cannot use!! The serum was a dirty beige color instead of the creamy white is has always been-It smells stale so I'm unable to use it. They all have the same batch number so its either old product or a faulty batch. I have reached out to Well.Ca - Unfortunately they will not help me !! They say they cannot replace or give me a refund for a product that has been opened ( how would I possibly know its discoloured and stale if I don't open it to use it) Kind of ridiculous to me. They told me I had to reach out to the manufacturer which I have done to no avail!! I am out of pocket ove $100. and no one will help me!!

Love!
I’m really loving this serum! it absorbs quick and leaves a nice glow. I’m using it with the moisturizer and I swear my skin is happier already 2 weeks in!

Favourite Andalou skincare serum
I love this serum. It glides on beautifully, it plumps up my combination skin and doesn’t breakdown into a greasy mess. I can use it in the morning and evening– it never pills with any of my moisturizers and doesn’t clog my pores. In Summer I am often able to use the serum alone in my Tzone without extra products and my skin remains silky soft and bright. I’ve also started using this on my neck/decolletage with positive results. Recommend you try this!

It didn't do anything
I used it consistently for a few weeks. It didn't do anything for my skin. Didn't smooth wrinkes or brighten skin. Didn't even moisturize. It didn't irritate my skin or cause it to break out, which I appreciate. But overall I'm disappointed.

Great but please ditch the fragrance
This would be an amazing product. Its hard to work q10 and resveratrol into your routine because not many products have them. This would be a game changer. But please, make an unscented line.

Love this Serum
I've been using this for years. Moisturizing, nourishing, lightweight - don't love the added oils for scent, but they aren't irritating to my dry sensitive skin.
