Cultivé dans l'Ouest canadien, l'Einkorn est la forme de blé la plus primitive et la plus ancienne génétiquement parlant. En plus de son goût merveilleux, les gens trouvent que l'Einkorn est plus facile à digérer que les autres formes modernes de blé. Pour utiliser l'Einkorn, il suffit de remplacer la farine complète par de la farine de blé entier dans n'importe quelle recette.

I was used to making whole wheat bread for years but I started to eat gluten free and I tried all the different flours to make bread with but I couldn't find any with the taste I was looking for. This is not gluten free and I am not celiac but after trying it and having no bloating issues or flare ups of my skin I stayed with it. It is an ancient grain and it is not like the other flours on the market. You can read about it online. There's lots of info. I make my bread in the kitchen aid using the bread hook because it is quite sticky and this works best for me. I am learning to make other recipes with this flour too. The service at Well is excellent. My packages come packed so well and i never had anything broken. They are so fast shipping the orders too. There are items at Well that I cannot find anywhere else. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NON GMO LOW GI We started using this original 5000-year-old wheat product because it is NOT GMO and has a GI of 40. Current GMO wheat has a GI of 70 which is worse than sugar. Only wish we could get 5 lb bags cheaper.
