Excellent Texture and Zero Carbs
We have used other products made of this product but I think I prefer the texture and size of the spaghetti to the noodles. It is a bit more robust. It is filling and adds a lot to our KETO diet

Worst texture
I followed the package directions to prepare. This "pasta" was barely edible. I could barely chew it. Its like plastic - think dental floss. Since I could barely chew it, it got stuck in my teeth. You probably would have to boil this garbage for an hour to make it soft enough to eat. The fact that it says heat and eat on the back is a joke. Will never be buying again. Waste of money!!!!!

Great Konjac brand
I have tried several brands of Konjac noodles; this is my favourite brand and style (spaghetti). I find it cooks well, and holds its shape and texture better than other brands. I rinse the noodles thoroughly under cold water, let them drain, and then cook them in a large pan to remove the excess moisture. This step also seems to plump the noodles and give them more texture.
