Save your money for something else
Mmmmmm No!
No possible way u could use this in a rice bowl and enjoy it without a soupy mess, and let alone to use on nori sheets.
The taste not the greatest having none at all but a hint of sweet and definitely not worth the price.
I would rather stick to all cauliflower or konjac rice with half rice, atleast you won't have to eat with a spoon.

Sushi rice
Really impressive product. I made sushi with it and it was awesome considering it’s a lower carb healthier alternative. Very convenient and half the pack was more than enough for one sushi serving. It’ll be a new pantry staple for sure :)

So easy and great texture!
So easy to use to make quick hand rolls at home and I love that it's lower carb for those times when I want more volume of food without the extra energy. Perfect texture for making hand rolls.
