Obtenez une bonne sensation d’intestin de votre hydratation et remplissez votre tasse avec Blume.

Pour faire : Ajouter 1 paquet à 350mL (12 oz) d’eau froide. Bien agiter jusqu’à dissolution. Ajouter de la glace et servir. Best a apprécié avant le repas et / ou après l’entraînement. Ajoutez plus ou moins d’eau au goût. Remarque : Un peu de sédiment est normal avec tous les ingrédients naturels.

Transformé dans une installation qui traite également la noix de coco.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a fan of stevia The flavour is good, but too sweet for me. I had to cut it down to half a package at a time. I don't think I'll be buying it again because it contains stevia and I don't like artificial sweeteners. Haven't noticed feeling any better since I started drinking one a day.

I love Blume products and have tried most of them, so when the new launch came, I knew I had to give them a try. Honestly, these powders are amazing. They taste delicious and feel like a little treat for my belly. When you open the packet, the vinegar smell kicks in a bit, but you can't really taste it when drinking! Give them a try; you'll love them.

For context, I have POTS which means I need to be extra focused on hydration. I used to drink 4 liters of electrolytes a day, and I have replaced these with SupeBelly for the last few weeks. My mood is improved, my digestion is moving more smoothly, and I love the taste. I am beyond thrilled with this product and so glad it's doing well, as I want it to be around for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So yummy I'm convinced they are addictive! I am beginning to believe that Blume puts something addictive in their SuperBelly mix! I am a dedicated and BIG water drinker - I love it and I most times prefer it to pretty much anything else. Since a friend shared a few of these packets with me - I crave that sweet refreshing yummy-ness! I can't wait for my order to arrive and maybe in the meantime, my friend will accidentally share a few more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Taste. Need the probiotics. It's a win! It tastes delicious! The probiotics seem to have helped me lose a fair bit weight/size. Likely just water weight but that's okay! I still have some major IBS-D issues but, that's to be expected. I'd keep buying it just because of the taste and the gut benefits even if I'm still having digestive isues it's better than drinking pop or alcohol so it's a win for me! ❤️

Some electrolytes are so salty but this one is really gentle, lightly sweet and is making me drink so much more water. I find it really easy to make and is giving dark berry. Super gentle on my stomach and I have had one everyday this week.
