Pour faire : Ajouter 1 paquet à 350mL (12 oz) d’eau froide. Bien agiter jusqu’à dissolution. Ajouter de la glace et servir. Best a apprécié avant le repas et / ou après l’entraînement. Ajoutez plus ou moins d’eau au goût. Remarque : Un peu de sédiment est normal avec tous les ingrédients naturels.

Transformé dans une installation qui traite également la noix de coco.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blume hydration- ginger I really had high hopes for the blume hydration powder. I typically have half a Hydrolyte tab in my water and this flavor sounded so yummy. Unfortunately the stevia overpowers the flavor and gives it a weird taste. Maybe I'm just not a fan of stevia. Unfortunately, for this price and taste, I am not a fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tasty and so simple I was pleasantly surprised with the flavour of the Lemon Ginger SuperBelly, it's tasty and subtle in the best ways. I was worried either the lemon or ginger flavours would be overpowering but for me they are a perfect balance. The fact that it has health benefits is really just a bonus since it makes it enjoyable for me to drink more water and replace other drinks I should be limiting (or eliminating!). I also wondered if it would be difficult to mix in or have a strange texture but in fact it's so easy to make and to drink.

As a GERD and IBS sufferer, I was so impressed with the results, and have pre-ordered the starter pack. This product has made its way in to my daily routine along with my latte mixes. Blume never fails to impress!!!

Every single day after supper, I make my SuperBelly to help with bloating and honestly instantly feel better! I absolutely LOVE the lemon ginger flavour, it has quickly become a favourite of mine 🍋 will be anxiously awaiting the restock!!!

I have a lot of gut health issues and food sensitivities, but this product helps boost my hydration and I am able to happily enjoy it without any ill effects! The flavour is really nice - it's sweet but doesn't taste sugary like your typical competitor products. 10/10 recommend!

I have this one in the morning instead of ACV in water. It's such a great way to hydrate first thing. I have also tried it hot and its delish, like a lemon ginger tea. Highly recco!!
