I have used nutritional yeast for a few years and love it. I use it in recipes as I don’t eat alot of dairy. I mix it into salad dressings...sprinkle it on vegetables...into soups and stews and will also eat a spoonful as it is very high in the Bs...especially B12 which is another reason I use as I have to take a B12 supplement. This is a great cheese substitute in sauces, dips and Caesar salad dressing.

Love this brand of nutritional yeast. I use it on pasta, steamed vegetables and popcorn. IâÂÂm really happy to see that the newer bag design features a ziplock closure. It helps keep the yeast flakes fresh for a long time.

An excellent product....
I am very glad that I purchased this product. Prior to buying the yeast , I had some reservations whether its taste would be to my liking . My doubts were unsubstantiated .
The yeast tastes great with my morning oatmeal . I plan on sprinkling it on salads and
adding to gravies. This product will be a staple in my pantry.

i like this nutritional yeast. The flakes are not as large as other brands so it blends well. i put it in spaghetti sauce, salad, and when making vegan cheese!
